Christian M. Hibinski, Esq. focuses his practice primarily on all aspects of government law and real estate, including related litigation.
Throughout his career, Christian has been affiliated with a number of law firms throughout New Jersey, including one of the largest firms in New Jersey and other prominent small and mid-sized firms. Christian has served as Board Attorney for various municipal boards across New Jersey, including multiple Zoning Boards of Adjustment, a Planning Board, a Rent Leveling Board and a Redevelopment Agency. Furthermore, Christian has experience serving as City Attorney for a large urban municipality and Township Attorney for an affluent suburban municipality. In terms of public service, Christian has worked for a prominent New Jersey member of Congress as well as several state legislators.
Christian now uses his experience to represent both private and public sector clients seeking legal assistance in related areas. When not practicing, Christian serves as an attorney-coach for the St. Joseph High School-Metuchen Mock Trial Team and enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with his family and cat, Percy.
